Hi my friend Amy,
It was great to be a part of your medical mission team.  I enjoyed the experience alot and made many new friends from America.  You know you have a friend in Ecuador and if there is anything I can do for you I will be there.
Yours,
Effy Lopez
Naturalist Guide - Ecuador
Effy is a great interpreter but a better nurse!
Dear Costner Medical Missions,
On behalf of the three indigenous communities and the LaSelva staff, please allow me to express our deepest appreciation for the medical assistance that your team offered during your recent visit to the Amazon Ecuador.  It is the first time such a group of professionals of your level have taken the time to really talk to the people not as if they were "numbers" or just to accomplish the task of a "medical mission" to provide free medicine to indigenous people.  Your group actually listened to their needs with respect and was able to fullfill their needs and expectations with patience and love.
You have left among us a profound imprint on our hearts and minds that will remain in time.

Sincerely,
Genoveva Salem

Thank you for allowing me to share the Amazon experience with you and the group.  It was a great feeling of joy and fulfillment in my life.  I hope you know the extent of your gift of charity to the Amazon.  It was a pleasure working with the group of volunteers and I hope to do it again in the future.

It was hard to come back to reality after our great adventure.  It was so great.  Thank you for including me in your group.  It was really great.  I am glad to know you, and everyone in the group.   Keep in touch.

Amy, I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos. It was really a moving
experience and one not forgotten.  I was really impressed with the degree of professionalism displayed while working in less than desirable and certainly not ideal conditions.  The people I met and worked with during the trip were all wonderful and I think everyone had as good a time as I did during the trip.  I am very proud of you and the things you have done and accomplished with your mission, and I certainly see and understand better the passion you have for this mission.  I would like to go to the jungle with you some day.
Regards,
Gerald - Safety Instructor

Thanks again for the effort put out to make the trip happen. I am pleased with the
service we were able to perform.
If you would like, I would be willing to donate time and energy to help coordinate, and/or participate, in your next trip to the jungle region. I know how much energy you put into it, and would just like to help
make it a little easier for Costner Medical Missions.
You're a super lady with some super ideas!
